Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kota Batam, Provinsi Kepri meminta seluruh manajemen rumah sakit bekerja sama untuk melayani pasien dengan fasilitas BPJS Kesehatan.
“Saat ini masih tujuh dari 16 rumah sakit di Batam belum bekerja sama untuk melayani pasien peserta BPJS Kesehatan,” kata Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kota Batam, Chandra Rizal di Batam, Minggu (20/03).
Chandra mengatakan, program tersebut adalah kebijakan nasional yang harus didukung semua rumah sakit dan fasilitas kesehatan lain baik pemerintah maupun swasta.
“Jadi kami minta rumah sakit dan fasilitas kesehatan yang belum bekerjasama untuk melayani BPJS bisa turut serta dalam program ini,” papar dia. Menurutnya, pelayanan terbaik seluruh peserta BPJS pada fasilitas kesehatan yang bekerjasama harus menjadi prioritas dalam program ini.
Ketua Komisi IV DPRD Batam, Riky Indrakari mengatakan saat ini Batam fokus penambahan fasilitas kesehatan sehingga pelayanan pada masyarakat semakin meningkat.
“Kami sudah menganggarkan sebanyak 10 persen dari APBD untuk penambahan fasilitas kesehatan. Tujunny agar semakinmudah masyarakat mengakses layanan kesehatan,” paparnya.
Untuk itu kedepan Komisi IV DPRD Batam minta pada BPJS Kesehatan agar ada transparansi mengenai klaim di RS dan fasilitas kesehatan lain. “BPJS harus transparan mengenai klaim ke RS. Sehingga tidak ada masalah dengan faskes yang bekerjasama dalam program ini,” terang Riky.
Humas BPJS Kesehatan Batam, Irfan mengatakan ada sejumlah perbedaan diagnosa dengan poin-poin di BPJS sehingga sering kali membutuhkan waktu dalam pembayaran klaimnya.
“Masih ada sejumlah diagnosa yang berbeda. Jadi butuh proses untuk pembayarannya,” kata dia. (ANT/Foto: ANT/Puspa Perwitasari)
